Group 2 Discussion

Pretty much. It adds the explosive mode to either single player or multiplayer, I cannot remember. PAIN is begging for a new level though, downtown is already old to me and this new "carnival" level has been in the works a long time. Where is it?

Rumor is that there will be no PJM Encore tomorrow ....

Ive been hearing an Iron Man demo and Echochrome demo are coming. That combined with Cod4 maps will be enough for me.

Just to let you guys know, OB is clearanced at target for 29.98. Probably state/nationwide since my brother just bought it in Troy and a friend of mine picked it up in Cleveland. I would be down for some Team MI TF2! The only problem is that GTA will be here Tuesday.

echochrome is confirmed. I'd be up for team MI ob! UT3!

I've always eyed up OB when trading on CAG but could never pull the trigger. I'll be getting UT3 (again), along with VF5 and Condemned 2 within the next week. Oh shit I forgot, I'll also get the GTA game too. So really OB would be a low priority.

I've had OB for about two months. Never played any Half-Life games before it, and have barely started HL in this. Did make sure I finished Portal ASAP after purchasing, very fun game. Not really into TF2 when I've got COD4, but if more people are on, I would play.

Where are you all getting this psn info? I need me some insiders!

Also, told hone I'd consider picking up UT3, so I may join those nights as well.

If I get the chance to stop by BB this weekend while I'm home, I'll pick it up if they dropped the price like everyone else. But, I've also got finals Mon-Wed, so not sure how much gaming I'll be doing.

Usually pretty accurate.

I will probably snag OB anyways, just so I can see what all the Portal fuss is about.

Edit: GS also has UT3 for 40 at their B&M or Online...It looks like that will be the new price point, so expect other retailers to follow.

Yea, that's what I was referring to when I was suggesting Blockbuster might have the lower price. It actually dropped like the last day of the 25% off used ps3 games at GS because I saw them marking it down while I was there, but didn't want to spend much cash (although it would've only been ~$26).

yeah I think I picked it up for $22 + change w/ the edge card. Sounds great that you guys are getting UT3 though. Just need smiggity to jump on board.

Well, I try to use the blue walls to my advantage since they can help destroy some things. I still don't know how to get multipliers, but those help. Try to blow up the flying ships with only one bomb to get two back from it. Do A LOT of dodging. Not really sure what else, you'll have to ask Mrs.Buddah

So while we're on the Team MI vibe, how many are getting Haze? 4 player co-op, online madness and it's starting to look halfway decent. I've slowly gone from maybe to week 1 purchase. Unless the demo tanks I'll be up for some action. What about you guys?

EDIT: BTW, I'm not going to be home till after 8pm tonight so if someone else wants to check and download the COD maps that'd be great.

EDIT2: Looks like some people in Europe have confirmed shareability (sp?) so ..... sweet!

Yeah Ill get on it SB. HAZE has been picking up my interest. The 4 player co-op is worth a rent at least, but if the MP is good I would get it week 1 also. It's not really my type of game, but seems interesting and I doubt Free Radical (I think) will dissapoint. So yes, my interest in this game is there. Count me in unless like SB mentioned, the demo is garbage.

We shall see on Haze. I've been interested, but now my summer job is kind of in limbo because my friend is leaning towards dropping out, so it wouldn't be cost effective for me to drive 30min each way every day for a $10/hr job.

Also, turns out that Bionic Commando: ReArmed has MULTIPLAYER. But, its OFFline only! fuck!

You sure? One of the big draws for me with that game was Online Co-op. That really sucks

Didn't blow my socks off, but competent enough puzzler. Hasn't changed my view from 'buy'.
