Yeah, she loves that game. I am not nearly as good as she is. I added my $10 bones yesterday, which made our balance $45.10. I can't wait for the new COD4 maps, and the PJM addon. How delightful those will be!

Don't remember if this was discussed or not, but interest in Tekken?

Probably not the best time to bring it up with everything coming down the pipe in the next month or so, but thought I'd throw it out there. Although, not sure if it would be worth the investment since I don't know how much time it would get with everything else out there.

More of a Virtua Fighter guy myself, but I'll say sure. How about a summer purchase when things are a little slower?

I'd be up for it I guess. Not sure if it's the best time. I think it'd be fun if we played within our group. Assuming we all suck. =D

Yea, I figured now wasn't really a time to buy, but when there's a slow down sounds like a good idea to me.

You guys wanna get the COD4 map pack as soon as it's available or should we hang back until it's official that they can be shared?

I mean the maps will be available thursday evening sometime, but we still don't officially know if they are 'shareable'. Should we hang back until we hear from around the web to see if it is ok to share? There's probably 99% chance it will be but you never know, especially when it's the biggest game out there right now.

ahh I get you. I'm not in a rush to get them, so it's probably better to be a little safe, but like you said 99% chance it will be. I can't imagine IW doing it but Warhawk expansions not.

well, the quickest way to find out is to download them on day 1.

but i suppose if we'd rather not have it go to waste, we could wait . . . . . .

i hope something else fun comes thursday to, just because i psn


Edit: response to SB post below (to avoid more clutter) I'll eventually get myself PJM, and probably pick up Everyday Shooter for me and hone if I ever get my hands on those damn psn cards.

I forgot, we're also getting PixelJunk Encore too.

We need a new game!! Expansion packs just are not cutting it. If we get more than the expansions this week I will put my funds in, otherwise I will wait until next Wednesday.

What we need is another holiday soon so they can have a sale like they did at thanksgiving when CAC, ES, fl0w, and PJR were all $5. Maybe they'll do something over summer, but I would've thought they'd do something a little special for the new store rollout. But, I'm going to try and be a cheapass and hold on to some money right now, unless I get a psn card of course.

Weird my boy just called me and asked if I need a PSN card.. He was on a Military Base..Not sure where but he usually never ventures more than 8 square miles from home so it had to be close.. BR you want me to see if he can pick one up for you? He wouldnt charge me/you anything extra. Let me know.

Edit-Considering the fact that if he PSN has a sale, it would most likely be on the older games we already have. I considered us lucky to get the double booster for 12$..

No thanks, I'm just waiting for them to make it to Blockbuster stores so I can pick them up with store credit there. That way I'm only paying like $10 in cash for a $20 card (thanks to flipping)

Hey BR, maybe they'll have a sale on Thursday. Whenever they have a addon, it seems they have a sale on the original title. Warhawk was reduced recently. SSHD is currrently 8 down from 10. I figure that PJM will get the same treatment. Either down to 8 from 10 or bundled somehow.

Didn't think of that. The only idea I have is if they bundle the two, then I put in like an extra $5 (hopefully its around there) to cover the extra cost of the bundle price, so everyone else doesn't get stuck covering for me and I get to enjoy it with the rest of you.

Didn't they promise some big surprise for when the store relaunched? I don't think that happened yet, or it was a lie.

I just found out that there's a small free addition to PAIN available in the store after reading the new PS Store thread on CAG.
It's called "fun with explosives".
