Good R2 games the other day. All we need now is smog to make a 4 man team of death and destruction!

Oh and smog also need to pick up borderlands and skype

And still don't know what I'm going to do with the Tekken Fight Stick ....

I heard smog and hone were getting their R2 on last night, but I'm swamped with school this week and next so not much game time for me.

Borderlands should be here soon thanks to goozex tho.

You get in on that Amazon deal? I was tempted but without a job and a dwindling bank account, it was was a tough decision not to pull the trigger.

Yeah, I got the T6 bundle. Already have a SF fight stick though. Not sure which I'll keep.

Got my PSP! 95 bucks out the door, although I feel kind of dirty But I finally have a PSP!!

As for that mystery 3rd person shooter, I must have been dreaming. The only other one I could find was an old james bond game.

So for the games in our group account, I just download onto my PS3 and transfer through USB to my PSP w/Memory Stick? If so thats pretty sweet and reasonably easy. Also I think I may grab Patapon 1 on our account if you guys don't have it yet. I would pay for it beyond the 20 I still owe

sweet dude! I think you can hook your psp directly to the store after the fw updates and download onto your psp, but admittedly it's faster through the ps3 I believe. If you're going to get patapon 1 might as well get 2 I think. I just hear 2 is very similar to 1 and overall more and better plus adhoc mp?

Yeah I have everything from the account on my PS3 now. Puzzle Quest, Everyday Shooter, Rock Band + songs, MHFU, and PixelJunk. Im going to get all set up Saturday morning after work. Cant wait!

How many does hone have activated? He has two, but not sure if his 1000 is active. Don't know about buddah and psps. I've only ever owned one, so it shouldn't take up more than one slot every time i've deactivated/reactivated.

Well I got the account on the PSP but whenever I go to "Activate System" or install a game/demo it gives me error 80109D80 I am not getting the 5 PSP message anymore though

Googling around it seems this is some odd problem. I guess I will wait until tomorrow to try it if not Im gonna return it for a new one I guess. WTF this is some bullshit

I read one thing where a csr told the dude the error code was because the account had been activated/deactivated too many times in a 24hour period and to wait 7 days and it would be resolved.

Not sure. Most of the search results though do not have a good prognosis.

Well Im not sure I want to return just in case it isnt fully deactivated. The only info I could grasp after a shit ton of reading worthless posts is that activating/deactivating 15 times in a 7 day period will put a hold on new activations. I guess I will wait 7 damn days and try again...This is such a bummer

Edit- Well I will be trying every day for the next week or so. It appears the wait is sometimes 3-5 days, and sometimes only a few hours. On a brighter note, the PSP is sexy looking and pretty light. The browser is slow as hell and Internet radio isnt very good either. I did try the syphon filter and socom demos. Socom sucked with the lock on, Syophon filter was amazing. Made me feel like a little kid again playing it on PS1

Damn PSP disc games are expensive as hell..Cant get anything good for less than 20. Need to get this account up and running so I can buy that Syphon Filter. Which one is newer, Logans shadow or other one? Also xxx how do sports games translate? Im thinking either Tiger Woods or MLB the show as my 1 UMD game

Also I need some help with the RSS reader. I go to the "About RSS reader" link, then to the supported US sites. There are like 5 links, all from 2006 and they are little videos about old PSP games. Is there any way for me to get my own sites on there? Like digg, Socom forums, freep.com etc..

RSS reader is for media stuff like podcasts or video. Video is sort of a crapshoot b/c it has to be formatted for the psp. Podcasts work really well though. Logan's shadow is the newer of the two

I've got The Show 08 for mine, never played the fulls ps3 or ps2 games, but it seems like a pretty damn good full-featured game. I'm pretty sure I saw 09 on clearance at Target a week or two ago, so you might be able to snag that for cheap. Not sure on Tiger Woods, but Hot Shots golf is pretty good too. No clue on Syphon Filter either, I got a free download of the online-only psp title, but it's on my personal account so I never play it. Still a pretty fun game, and I'm sure the SP ones are more of the same.

Man WTF is with all publishers thinking they can just release their games in March?!? Now Yakuza 3 is coming then too. That month is more crowded than most years' holiday season. A lot of devs/publishers going to be disappointed when their sales don't meet expectations because EVERYONE ELSE HAS A NEW GAME OUT TOO. Shit is just frustrating as a consumer who wants to play them all.

Also, "minis" coming to the ps3 too. Only thing mini about them seems to be the file size since the prices aren't controlled by Sony. It worries me that it's going to lead to more price creep by the bigger PSN games that we've already been seeing the past year and no longer get quality games for under $10.

I agree about the price stretching that will happen now. No more Critter Crunch for $8 if minis made in someones basement cost $7/ Hopefully it turns into more of an App Store for the PSP. That would be awesome

Well it appears we have an intruder! Tried deactivating and activating. Someone for sure has our information on their PSP. Not cool!!!
