snuter, I just paypalled you the $20.91. Oh, disregard my request for the password. I found it on the pm here. I was looking for it all over the place on my hotmail and CAG account. So, now I have paid and ready for the summer downloads

Just as an update, I've got the payment from Heimdal and Awworld. Including myself, we've got $60 in the pot. I'm just waiting from Wilme and Habsfan08 to either paypal me their share or put it straigt into the PSN wallet. I'll send them a PM just to let them know cause I don't think that everyone ckecks here.

Also, just so everyone knows, if you sign up for a USA PSN account, you can download Kung Fu, fists of plastic PSN game for free for 1 week.

Well, it looks like everyone except for Habsfan08 has sent me their share. (I'll send him another PM). I just watched the sony E3 conference and it looks like Final Fantasy VII should be available today. (no price was mentioned, but the PS1 games range from 5.99 for most, to 9.99 for games like RE:DC and Castlevania:SOTN) I'd be surprised if it was 5.99.

Anyway, anyone down for FFVII? I've already got bionic comando rearmed (sorry Wilme) so I'm out for that one.

Whatever the group decides, I'm down.

Just wanted to see if anybody is interested in anything lately. Fat princess just got delayed till later in the summer instead of June.

Kinda sucks about Fat Princess, but I guess we'll get it later when it comes out. I havn't seen anything worth getting on the PSN lately but I'm sure something will turn up soon. Also, I guess that with the new PSN cards out it'll be easier to add 20$ to the pot next time. I've held off from adding the money to the pot just yet because I havn't heard from habsfab08 yet. I'm not sure that he still wants to be part of the group so I'll try him one more time via PM on the main site. If I don't hear back from him (this will be the 3rd PM that I've sent him without a reply) we might have to find a new 5th person and make a new group. Hopefully he'll reply.

No luck yet. I sent the PM 2 days ago. I'll give him a week before I try to find a new person for the group. That will mean a new group. I hope that it doesn't come to that.

What happens to the $20 each that we all chipped in for?

It is still sitting in my Paypal account. I actually bought 4 $20 PSN cards cause I had some extra credit at EB Games. I haven't redeemed them yet (added them to the wallet) so if we have to make a new group I'll just add it to the new group's wallet. Once either habsfan08 or the new person send me their money, I'll do it then. I was acutally holding off from adding it to the wallet for precisely this reason because I can't force anyone to deactivate the group's PSN account if they don't pay up.

hey good judgement snuter. Its been a week now, at most we should maybe wait for one more week. A person could be away on a 2 week vacation and not answering emails. So lets say we wait until July 08 and if there is still no response we form a new group. How does that sound?

Yeah, that's what I was thinking. I checked his CAG member profile and it says that he last visited the main CAG page on June 12, so about 3 weeks ago. I assume that he is probably on vacation (even though I had send him 1 PM before the 12th). I'll give him a little bit longer before I try to add someone new to the group. Besides, it is not like there is anything that has come out recently that the group wanted yet. Even if we don't get it on the first day, we can still get it later.

As long as we get things organized in time for Marvel vs. Capcom 2, I'll be happy.

Whoa, I don't know what has been happening cause I stopped get topic notification emails that this thread has been updated. I guess we missed the PSN summer sale last week, sorry about that guys!

Anyway, it looks like we might have to replace Habsfan08 cause he isn't replying. He hasn't responded to my PMs and he hasn't visited the CAG site since June 12 or so. I'd hate to have to kick him out but he has been gone for over 1.5 months without any replies. What do you guys think? Should I look for a 5th member. I know that MvsC2 is comming out soon, along with Fat Princess, Castle Crashers, etc so I would like to get this group moving very soon.

The only problem is that we've got $8.06 in our old PSN wallet with Habsfan08 (cause I haven't put everyone's current $20 into the wallet yet) that we'd have to spend if we create a new group. This sucks cause we can't buy a $7.99 game cause it'll come to $8.39 with tax. The smallest amount that I can add from my credit card to the PSN wallet is $5. So, if we bought something that was $4.99 (or $5.24 with tax) we'd still have $2.82. It is a shame that we missed Savage moon while it was on sale ($4.99)! I'm not 100% sure how we could do this.

Also, I noticed that Shatter is getting great reviews (IGN gave it a 9.0) is priced at $7.99 and I would be interested in it.

I did put a post in the regular gameshare msg board and got a reply almost immediately. He is ready to put $20 tonight even, so I think he'll be ready to go. His name is Bryce.

Here is what I was thinking we could do with the extra $8.06.

Since a new $7.99 game costs $8.39 with taxes. A $14.99 game will come to $15.74. A $4.99 game will come to $5.24.

The minimum that I can add to the PSN wallet via credit card is $5, so we'd have to buy at least $8.06+5.00= $13.06 worth of stuff. In other words, the smallest amount of things to buy is one $7.99 game and a $4.99 game, which would come to $13.63 with tax. (This would require the 4 of us to add $1.40 of our $20 to the old PSN wallet (which would be just me adding it via my credit card.) and the other $18.60 to the new PSN wallet. Bryce said that we would be fine with adding $20 to the PSN wallet and calling it even.

So, we could buy both Shatter ($9.99) and something else like either Gunstar heros ($4.99 and a classic!). What do you think?
