Count me in for the PAIN game modes, especially since the fortress one allows for 4 peeps online. My PAIN skills shall no longer be a myth!!!!

PAIN modes don't sound too bad. Might actually get me to play the game now, combined with the online update.

Don't think I'll be playing WaW enough to justify the cost of new maps for it, heck I don't know if I got that much use out of cod4's dlc.

Gonna say no to Wheel until it drops in price - just got a bad feeling about it.

Incidentally he's a yes for COD5 dlc and a meh for Wheel of Fortune.

I dont mind waiting until the eventual drop for Wheel. Hopefully that zombie game is out next week

Yeah, it looks pretty tight. From the same people who made Cuboid/MagicBall so should be quality.

Anyways Fracture is awesome. The destruction you can cause is pretty sweet. The MP is dead but pretty damn cool too.
I played a bunch of ut3 today too.

Buddahs been going at it with sony and supposedly they have a new policy as of 3 weeks ago, that they will now only deactivate the dead ps3 that was serviced by them.

Kinda sucks because if you put your accounts on someone elses PS3 and theirs dies and they don't get it serviced or say if you have an extended warranty through a retailer then Sony says you're shit out of luck and accounts are gone for good.

So all that last week and we come away with nothing?

Everyone best be getting their asses to UT3 tonight at 9:30 (that's EST time, hone)!!!

Whats the R2 stance on DLC?

I don't plan on getting rid of the game at all, but at the same time I don't really play competitive MP that much. Only $5.99 fr 3 maps tho so not a terrible deal. Guess I'll be the 3rd yes if two others want em.

Might have to throw in $0.99 for the big ravager guy too, just because he looks like a hardass.

Ya if thats the new logo they sure took a shit all over it. Some of the fan mockups were better than that. If that is Tom Lewands definition of tougher and stronger then its not looking good for us.

Any DLC that doesnt have the name Socom in it can be considered a no for me. Where are my maps!!! They are killing me. R2 and COD5 had a month later release. For real Sony? It still boggles me they treat a flagship franchise like this. sorry for the rant. I think that logo kinda pissed me off

Well hopefully no maps so soon for SOCOM because they were devoting all their resources to fixing all the problems.

The Lion logo doesn't look as bad if you strip away that puke background, they basically just added a mouth and two lines - but still unnecessary. I think the font looks like ass, but I really like the old-style looking one.

The font is a disgrace and I hate the "puke background" that looks like a lion slashed through it. I was kind of hoping we would go back to the old school, straight blue up top and silver pants. Like our Throwbacks

Slant Six is in a tight spot. But they NEED to get maps out before May. The true problem lies in the fact that they know Socom players really dont play any other games and they can string us along for as long as necessary

Can't handle the extra $3 smog? Does seem a little odd to me too, maybe they couldn't harness the "power of the ps3" quite as easy as they hoped.

Im fine with Worms, just that extra 3 is weird like you said. I guess they figure 1080p support is worth 3 bucks. Its fun with company though so ill get my $ worth in the summer at the very least.
