Group 2 Discussion

OK. Well I just received my new 8GB MS so I'm good to go. I definitely need to pick up Puzzle Quest 'cos the wife it always going on at how I never have and puzzle/tetris type games on the PSP, but if one of you wants to pony us $5 I'll take care of the other $30 and we can get Puzzle Quest, Everday Shooter and Super Stardust.

To be honest the ps3fanboy article confused me too because it says platinum trophy (psn games aren't meant to have them) and then has like 10 gold and a few silver. Backwards.

I'll put $5 or $10 towards psp games. Into the account or how we doing that?

Only played a couple rounds of Booty, I'm sure its much more exciting with real people.

I never got prompted to download a patch, but after deleting and redownloading the game the trophies were in there. Prior to that, I was looking @ s friends profile and he had 2 trophies for AgeOfBooty. So I redownloaded the game and voila. There IS a platinum in there too for some odd reason. I wonder if that is why it was pulled or whatever.

Can anyone confirm if the update was pulled? Let me know...

Awesome! Still gives me hope. The same thread on the EU boards got a response from Sony saying they are attempting to replicate the problem and get it fixed. Still nothing on the US boards. Hopefully the N4G pub will help the cause.

Well, I hacked Age Of Booty! Only have like 2 4 trophies left to go! Im gonna get a free platinum

The challenges are rough on hard. I got one medium left to go.

3 sweet games back to back to back

OK, for the PSP peeps out there. The PSP and PS3 accounts are linked. So I added $25, bought ES and Puzzle Quest. I added another $5 after that, but that's for the PS3 account as I saw it was under $10 and I figured seeing as I was 10 down anyway I'd prop that up a little.

If BR and Hone want SS you guys can split it 5 each. In any case you guys can download both those games now!

So it appears you can't access content from more than one account on a psp at the same time. I have Beats downloaded on my personal account to my memory stick, and just added ES and PQ - but I had to 'activate' my psp on the group account, which removed my other activation. So I can play ES and PQ but not Beats or vice versa. Anyone know if there's a way around this or am I just gonna have to suck it up?

And yeah, definitely a big month for psn. I'll try to get around to picking up a $20 card within a few weeks so I can catch up on payments and we've got some $ in the bank.

Yeah as soon as I take my books back Ill be getting a PSN card as well. I know I am behind but Im on the end of the semester grind which pretty much means I have no money left

so is crash commando basically like the MP in Bionic Commando? I haven't paid attention to that game in a while, just remember some vids where it looked like a 2d-platform DM.

Basically Bionic Commando MP. Although it seems like you can "enter" the background and it is a whole different part of the level or whatever. I probably just confused you to all hell

Saw this today in regards to SuperStardust Portable. Kinda makes me lean towards avoiding it.

Yeah, same thing goes for Everyday Shooter but seeing as it is more of an artistic shooter I'd say it doesn't hurt it as much. I've had fun with it so far. Oh well, I have been having fun with that and Puzzle Quest.
