I'm still holding out for the announcement of a GoW3 SE. Seriously, if it cost $1000 I would buy it. Apparently Sony announced that they will announce the release date at E3 in June.

So I finished FEAR2 already. I thought it was a pretty solid title. Took probably 8-9 hours, and enjoyed it the whole way through. It's probably the definition of a "corridor" shooter, but they did a great job with level design/details. I wouldn't call it scary, either, but definitely gory.

SE PS3? A sweet red/black color scheme would take the cake

I actually meant just the game, but that would make a nice excuse to buy a 2nd ps3. Plus, it could go with my GoW psp

Well I take it GodofWar is your favorite...They should make a LE PS3 but probably wont. It is coming out in 2009 though? That will be amazing if so

I doubt in 2009. 2010 would make for a nice strategy to spread out some of their big titles because isn't Uncharted 2 confirmed for 09?

But yeah, I really do like the series. I can't find anything to complain about - the story is cool, gameplay rocks, graphics are top notch, plenty of gore, 0 glitches, and most of all Kratos is just a badass. Badassery > all.

Yeah It is a great series. 2010 makes more sense to me too. I also wonder what is happening with MAG this year. I wonder if it is going to get scaled back into a Socom 4 or if it stays MAG what is gonna be the subscription fee? I remember filling out that survey and all options were pay-for-play. Alll in all, 09 should be a great year for us with PSN games and AAA titles. I had no idea Nathan drake would reappear so soon, but i guess that explains the recent onslaught of Uncharted2 media.

Also we are doing respawn is Socom tonight if yall wanna join.

Pretty sure we're getting Uncharted and Ratchet sequels this fall. Plus the one or two other not as big hitters that seem to accompany the big shots means that as much as I'd wish it they'd be apt to pull a killzone and polish the shit out of it and release in march 2010.

Is MAG supposed to be '09? Damn. I'd love to make SOCOM tonight, especially if its respawn but I've got a couple tests this week along with the usual onslaught of homework. Might take the KZ2 plunge on release date, but trying to get myself to hold off because its just not necessary with the amount of games I have right now. Plus, I'm thinking if I wait a little then all of the CAGs who show up at game nights for like the first month and then disappear will all be gone by the time I get it.

I can do R2 later on Wed and prob whenever Thurs and Fri.

So Noby Noby Boy this week? With all the SFIV hype, I think everyone is missing the real fighting game releasing this week: Martial Arts: Capoeira Fighters for the Wii and PS2. Hell Yeah!

Speaking of the Wii, I got House of the Dead: Overkill as a vday gift. Game is very entertaining and a solid light-gun style Wii shooter.

Born, it's just a disc in a sleeve in the box it came with. I figured if he ever wanted to sell it or trade it, he'd get a little more for the complete package.

Also does SFIV come out Wed or Thurs? As in I can walk into a shop and buy it.

According to Target's weekly ad, they'll have SFIV Wednesday by 4pm. So I'm guessing that's the day everyone will have it on shelves.

And the Burnout Legendary Cars Pack will be available this Thursday.

hmm that's what freaky said about playing TRU. I figured he was just a true trophy whore. TBH there's no guaranteeing a trophy patch for TRU coming outside of japan. It's all speculation b/c japan is getting one, but given the current financial situation of Eidos I'm not even sure we're getting it at all dude.

I just read a few days ago that a rep was quoted as saying that areas outside japan would also get them, but no time frame was given. If I'm gonna play it why not wait, and it's not just the trophies TBH cos I got FEAR2 and SFIV this week, K2 next week and RE5 after that and I'm still trying to knock MCLA, FC2, Skate 2 and Mercs 2 out to clear some space.

Like I said if you can get decent points for it still then that's cool beans.

yeah it's 1000 pts still, but I might hold onto it if trophies are coming. I really enjoyed the game and wouldn't mind playing through it again. I don't remember any part being a real bitch to do.

I should check my trophy count, don't actually know what I'm up to. About half the FEAR2 are SP, the other half are MP.
