Yeah, should we start a "wait for sale" thread like hone suggested? Seems like a good idea.

And there goes R* making my March even more crowded by announcing the two GTA4 dlc's for relase on ps3 on the 30th. Guess I'll have to wait on those since they just got to the party.

OK, started another 'sale' thread. Added hustle kings to it, but if anyone else has suggestions. Honestly I've been a little lax on my PSN games knowledge lately.

The onyl one I can think of liking was mushroom wars but not sure of everyone elses thoughts on that one.

Cuboid should be on sale list. Hone wants Castle Crashers so throw that on there unless u guys want it day 1.

Hey do you guys have any tips on searching for jobs? Monster.com is kind of a clusterfuck, craigslist is weak. Any resources you guys use or used to use?

On campus and around this area, I just use our University service. But, that won't really work for you. If you got any companies directly in mind, just go straight to their website and look for postings.

As far as psn games, outside of Cuboid, I'm having a hard time remembering if there was anything interesting.

Just saw the blog has a game called Fret Nice. Video has me sold. I'd be up for adding to sale list.

Yeah Im not looking for anything permanent really. I plan on going to Europe in the fall for 3 months so just a bullshit job. Its looking like we are gonna get this movie gig so that may be enough funds if it is long enough.

Edit- Wow, you guys see the trailer for "Lead and Gold", a western class based shooter on PSN? Not sure when its coming but would be good game for all of us to reunite on

Saw a small article about that game the other day, but they didn't say what platforms it was for, so didn't pay too much attention.

I believe if you download them from the PSN, then you need the GTA4 disc to play them. If you buy the retail Blu-Ray disc that has both DLC episodes, then you don't need the GTA4 disc and use that one instead.

Ha, got too much other stuff to do besides games. Need to find some though or the pile will just get higher and higher. Also, SEGA supposedly having a sale today in the PSN store. Doubt there will be anything interesting, but I might look into the VC dlc.

With the Battlefield PS3 track record of nonexistant voice chat, I will probably have to skip it. I do like the demo and beta a lot though

Anyway, prob gonna pick up the Valkyria Chronicles dlc as a personal purchase on the GS account in case anyone else still has a copy.

Yep if you were not going to get it I was going to run to GS for the free DLC. Heavy Rain next week, MLB after that, then GOW3 right after that. Its getting crazy now

Also added $30 to the psp account per my debt to SB.

Smog, as far as the online PSP question ... it all depends.

It the game has infrastructure mode then you can play online and probably we all can (except in the case of games like the new socom3 where you can only have one player play online at once i think).

If the game has adhoc mode, then you can definetly play. You just have to download adhoc party for your ps3. It's a bit cumbersome but you can play online with your buds and use the ps3 headset.

Hone and I tried the socom3 demo via adhoc party last night and it ran ok. Of course we both had low battery, but it worked decent for like 10 mins we got out of it.

Okay. It seems for Adhoc party to work you have to be on the PSP profile on the PS3, meaning I would have to put it on my PS3, log in, then boot up adhoc party, right? Like I cant be on our account on the PSP, turn on my PS3 w/SmogItUp and run adhoc party. Wasnt sure if it was going to sign us out or whatever. I tried the Socom demo out too. Its not bad but sooo hard to turn around

Like for Socom last night. I booted up my PS3, launched adhoc party. Got in a room with hone. Then turned on PSP, loaded the demo. Hone created a game, and it popped up on my PSP.

No need to register/sign in or do anything like that.

Anyone else here still own RE5? Definitely buying the dlc comes out tomorrow, but if no one else has it still or will be picking it back up in the future, I'll just use the funds in my personal account wallet.

Not I. I might pick up the Gold re-release later on down the line when it's dirt cheap/goozex.
