They are probably going after me and all the other letdown socom fans. Plus they have the hardcore zipper fans who will eat it up. Im just almost sure that its not gonna work. I mean R2 had 60player matches with 8 person squads and it was a clusterfuck of deathmatch. Granted MAG will have THE BEST level design of any FPS ever but Im not sold. Also with the 1hr long matches. I mean 8 rd socom matches can go for 45 mins and I am hella bored of the map/gamemode by then. I just think shooter players as a whole are not ready for it. Neither is our internet infrastructure. To me MAG is as much of vaporware as OnLive. Yeah it looks and sounds great, but technologically it is highly doubtful they can make it happen.

All that being said, as long as there are no fees, I will get sucked in by the hype and buy it on Day 1 most likely.

Weekly update time. Sonic Unleashed is meh. Sonics Ultimate Genesis Collection is pretty good. Nostalgia all over the place. Definitely worth it for cheap. Played some Wheelman last night. Vin has the voice, no doubt about it. Game seems average but it's easy enough that I'll go through it to see the clique ending.

Done with classes for the semester! Now I can hopefully finish a few of the half done games I got. Received Godfather2 a few days ago but haven't put it in yet. I'll let you guys know how it is.

Also, it's not perfect but my group "finished" our game we've been working on for 6 weeks in class. Here's the link to our class server where you can play everyone's at, it's under level4final - our's is Group 4. You do have to download and install a plugin to play, but I thought I'd share if anyone is interested.

Dissapointed with PSN releases lately. Seems all it's been is addon garbage for games. I mean, do people really buy it?

I'm sure the big fans of the games are buying some stuff. Hopefully they pick up with the PS1 games since they released 3 today, but not like they were games I want to play. They already mention DLC in the pinball post, so we'll see how they price it. I know we've talked about it before, but pricing really matters even more for psn content. Sure it's only a fraction of the cost of a full game, but you want the most for your money. I can see Puzzle Quest being worth it to the fans, since it's been pretty popular on all other platforms, but I don't think I'd play it that often to warrant $20.

Yeah the pricing thing is crucial. Flock really proved that point and worms to a lesser extent. Flock was a rip-off worms is worth 13 but barely. Puzzle Quest is crazy @ 20 and i was looking forward to trying it. oh well, pinball should hold me over for a few weeks.

On another note, Fracture is a really good SP experience. Im digging it a lot. Im around 10hrs in I think.
