Well, I entered my billing address correct on the checkout screen. But the main address on the account was still 123 fake street or whatever you had it set to.

Maybe that sets off some fraud detector or something.

I changed the account pw and name/address to my real one for a few minutes to try and add funds w/ my CC for a bit and it still didn't work.

It had worked for months, and from what I was told by BoA/PP/Sony, nothing on their end has changed...

I'll vote yes for the Gundemonium Collection $14.99 (includes all 3), Catan $6.99, and Final Fantasy IX $9.99

Whats PSN+ all about, I haven't heard anything but $50 a year and nothing as it is will change.
and if thats the case than I will not be for it. I can't justify paying a monthly fee for console online play and I certainly can't justify paying $50 for crossgame chat.

Imagine all the TS or Vent hosting you can get for an equivalent $50.....

I read on cag if one person has psn+ they can invite people without it to crossgame chat, that makes it a bit more reasonable.

BTW gamesharing in the future sounds like it might be more secure. Check out Qriocity. You can create sub accounts with spending limits and other restrictions for a psn account.

Would be "secure" but the fact that you still can't remotely deactivate makes filling all the slots up a terrible, terrible idea.

I don't know if I can justify $15 ($3) for Gundemonium... As much as I'm for moe, the game doesn't look updated at all. The resolution is terrible, one of them isn't widescreen, and the other two look too cramped for a bullet hell game.

Catan, I've never played and there isn't a demo. I'll check it out when I pick up the new 360, cause my old one is disassembled already.

We also need to find a fifth by the time the current funds run out, because I'm not willing to split it 4 ways. JRS said he'd be getting a new system around July, and it's almost that time.

If they don't vote, it probably means no. That's how I'd take it at least.
But it would be nice if they could at least post, once a week is not much to ask.

As for Playstation Plus+ most of the free stuff seems to be DLC, only thing mildly interesting is Wipeout HD and that is available far cheaper else where. So I'll vote no for that as of now. I'd like to see how often content rotates before deciding.

So, even if we aren't getting the full extent of the benefits of PS+, from my understanding all the free DLC and discounts are "shareable." I don't have anything 100% confirming this, but it's not like the content they're discounting is locked in the first place.

This would mean, avatars, themes, DLC, cycled full games/minis, Qore?, trials? (not sure how this will work) would be split 5-ways.

Betas seem like they ~could~ be locked, as does Qore (from what I understand of it currently, the extras from it can only be downloaded once; although you can still watch the videos and features). Full game, timed trials might be locked. Who knows... Automatic updates are useless, but assuming maybe you don't have to be logged in, it could work...? Regardless, even if SOME of the content isn't accessible, this is still an amazing deal in my mind if we're splitting it.

Are we willing to get PS+ if the above holds true? I might just get it for myself (on a brand new account, cause I honestly cbf using a master account which has all 5 activations used) if not.

I probably won't, my son gave me $50 for plus on his account and I will just use whatever free stuff he gets from it. I will let you know what can be shared between systems by this weekend when I go and get a PSN card. I just hope the auto download can be used on multi systems.

I can't create any more accounts on my system... but whatever even if it's split 3 or 4 ways I'd still get it. The free DLC is for stuff I already have access to, and that means more trophies... when I start caring about them again.

Do update us on how it works though, I'm curious.
