I am downloading the demo for Mega Man, I have never been a big fan of it but I surely will give i a try. I am interested in the Penny Arcade for $14.99 buy my Elite died and PSN doesnt have the demo.

Penny Arcade games are utterly dull (imo). I had both, played em to 100% just cause they were RPGs, but it's so goddamn boring. I don't find the humor funny, I don't find the graphics appealing. Gameplay has been done before, and there leveling up isn't rewarding. I wouldn't recommend them, unless you really wanted trophies. Plus they kinda promised more than 2 episodes and uhhh, yeah it's been a looooong while.

Does anyone know for a fact that if you get your ps3 fixed by Sony you get back the same console and get to keep all the stuff on your hard drive? I was thinking of just buying a new ps3 and selling my broken one but apparently ps3s are sold out everywhere and if I know I'll get to keep all my stuff than maybe I'll just get it fixed, deactivate all my game shares, copy my saves, and then sell it for a new one. I'm also low on money right now cause I had to go to my Aunts wedding in Mexico so I'm not sure how soon I can do all this. Could someone tell me how much money is currently left in the account wallet to maybe give me a guess as to how long I have to make my decision.

You can definitely join up w/ us again for the new group dude, we're not gonna shit you out of a spot but the problem is, if you're not getting the same console back you will lose all access to the stuff we've already downloaded because it's at the 5 activation limit.

It's tied to MAC address, so if they give you a new console you wouldn't be able to remotely deactivate your old machine. You could feign ignorance and all customer support to see if they'll deactivate for you, but in most cases they won't. It depends on what the actual issue is with your machine, that'll determine whether they send you a replacement or your old console back.

I'm pretty sure they'll send you your HDD back... doesn't really make sense for them to keep it especially if you put in a bigger one, etc... (or they told you to remove it beforehand, idk).

If you still haven't sent it in for repair, you can ask customer support about it and see what answer they give you. Although, depending on what's actually wrong with it it might be better and cheaper to repair it locally, find someone who will repair it for a fee. Sony's repair service isn't always free, so you should check up on that. Not to mention, if you do it locally you'll obviously get the same machine back.

If it still boots up somehow, try to make it to the account management settings and deactivate before it dies on you, that way you'll be fine regardless of what happens. If you can somehow deactivate, I think buying a Slim and selling the old one might be a better way to go, they're a lot less likely to die on you.

If you send it to Sony for repair and they replace the system they will deactivate the system from all accounts atleast they offered me the option in December when I thought my 60gb was going to die. As for the HD, you are going to lose everything from what I understand they reformat those suckers as soon as they get them in and they require the original HD too. This could have changed over the last few months though so you should call them.

I saw the video on youtube for it and the guy that posted the video put that info about trophies in there. There isnt a whole lot of info about the game which sucks. I am just looking for something to hold us over until ModNation Racers and Split Second hits. I really don't like racing games but these fun types appeal to me, games like GT and Forza take things to serious. I am splitting a share with my friends at work for my other PS3 so I will confirm the trophies later today.

There is indeed 46 trophies and a platinum, the game is just ok but its along the lines of PS2 graphics wise and the voice acting is shit. The story is kind of wierd, guess it got messed up in translation.
