Well, I will be getting the Qore magazine this first week on my personal account to ensure access to the Socrack beta. So we can wait at least a week to see what its like.

yeah I'm in NYC, but I won't be gaming online since it's all blocked. I can't even log onto PSN.

Actually Smog I was thinking about the beta too, so maybe we should just get these all seperately and I also heard they might not allow these to be shareable ....

Dammit!! I am also confused b/c on the SOCOM website, it mentions subscribers getting access to the beta, and every other site says if you buy the first episode/issue. I really hope this is shareable b/c it is not worth 25 bucks a year..
I agree with each buying the first issue so we can each have a beta invite.

Hone, does that mean you are out of the GS group for the summer? I assume you cannot put in money and/or download new games?

Oh snap! I've not seen mention anywhere else that Commando 3 would be here tomorrow as well. I'm looking forward to that game more than novastrike. Tomorrow may be the biggest day ever for psn with those games, qore, and the God of War song for Guitar Hero 3 (I will be perfecting that as well tomorrow)

The Wings win the cup and The best update EVER!!!!!! Yeah, been waiting on that new update for Pain. The Alternate layouts should be cool! Desperately need the new level though. I hope I get off work early tomorrow..

all summer man, until the end of august. that's how long my internship is. yeah if you guys buy anything I can't get it. Sort of sucks. I'll just put in my dues when I get back. I'm good for it, if not I can paypal sb or smog.

Worst. Update. Ever.

You'd thin they would have these things ready to the point where they could just flick a switch and turn the store on. The lack of consistent times when they update is mind-boggling. This is a major service being offered to millions of people and they can't deliver.

downloaded novastrike. wasn't sure if commando 3 was a sure lock because SB and I are the only ones who mentioned it. smog if you get there and want it to then go ahead and download away.

Buddah's cool with it, so if Smog is which I'm 100% sure he will then go ahead.

Hey we got 2 games today, BC:Rearmed coming July as well as SF2HD, Wipeout HD and Elefunk ....

June is gonna be a great month!!! Dont forget about SSHD and PAIN add-ons expected this summer as well!! I bought the other game this morning before I went to the parade... By august there may be almost 10 new games/expansions for you to get.

My early impressions of our new stuff:
Novastrike is nearly ruined by the fact that the camera is much too far from the ship. Commando 3 is AWESOME!!! I cant wait to get some 3 player co-op action going. Qore is decent, it has a mini-game included (Press L2 at main menu) so thats kind of neat. Tons of SOCOM content. Afro Samurai looked cool as well. Its a drag that we wont get access to the SOCOM beta until two weeks in though. Next time I talk to KingSlash i will tell him to log onto my account and see if he can download it. If we got the subscription someone would also get CAC for free, so its not a bad deal really. It is a HD space eater though.

Where you guys at???? Lets post some times for some Battlefield 3 player action!?!?!?!? I was under the impression that Novastrike had co-op as well, WTF?

ive been working some pretty long days lately. Don't have as much time for the internet now.

Does novastrike have co-op? I was thinking it did but dont know for sure. I only played for like 5 minutes the other day and wasnt very impressed. Too hard to fine-control your ship when i had to drop bombs on targets on the ground.

since i work days, i can get on some nights for some commando 3. Saw you and SB playing the other day, but it was warhawk night too so I chose that.

Been busy ... playing games. I wanted Simpons and GTA4 finished off before the arrival of GRID and MGS4 this week. Simpsons is done, but GTA4 is only like 80% complete. Grrr.

.... and to top it off I went and got a PSP. That Meijer discount thing got the better of me.

We should definitely try and get some Commando 3 time in. It's fun, although I don't think I'm too good at it yet.

Also HONE! FEAR is winging its way to you, so you should have some company hopefully for the weekend.
