Gah, dont think i'll have much time for gaming tonight or tomorrow night. The girlfriend needs attention. But, she works during the day tomorrow so I'll probably be on then. I should start playing half life again with alll this OB talk.

Had a 4 person Rock Band going last night, it was awesome.

Never seen someone doing expert on guitar born ...........

Today was a rock filled day. When you left, ManaKnight joined me. Then, buddah invited both of us. Then Mana left, and a second buddah (his wife?) joined us.

I've been playing Guitar Hero since #1 so I've had some practice

And, I just got a TAC converter so I could use my GH SG ps2 controller with Rock Band. It feels amazing to play with that thing.

And as far as Prince Caspian is concerned ... my nephew got it and brought it over. It's about on par with most other movie tie-in offerings. Wasn't horrendous, but didn't inspire. I was actually impressed by the graphics etc, but the gameplay for these types of games does not change. So if you like that kind of stuff ....

Not gonna make it downtown. I think it sounds like a cool show, and my brother is probably going down, but I'll be working.

On another note, finally found the last Target clearance game (NBA08) to put me over the top for a PSP! Ironically, I've had two goozex requests in the past two weeks as well, so I've already got a few games coming for it, plus I just bought MLB 08 for it.

Don't worry, there's been nothing to do yet. I made the first, but it was so laggy it was unplayable, then it crashed. I guess the real matches won't start until next week, and that's when the good action will start.

Dude I think I've postponed my PSP buying until maybe Xmas, as a look at the release calendar has me broke for a while.

I enjoyed the co-op in the first Narnia game, and will probably rent this one and beat it. Oh well, I will be down there for the Red Bull thing. I've been playing some psp on the car ride home and will be on my car ride to nyc. I started Jeanne D'Arc or something, some SRPG.

QW comes out this week. SB you picking it up?The only deal I see is the $10 CC GC with purchase.

not really, there's like some stuff w/ bots to help you get used to stuff on the pc side, but it's really a multiplayer focused title. You should check out the teamwork video on psn, it's one of the video's from my collector's dvds when I bought the pc one.

SB, if you pick it up I definitely will.

I'm pretty sure QW is just like Warhawk, only Quake. And with objective based gameplay rather then dm/zones/ctf.

Apparently its rumored Monster Hunter Freedom 2 will be part of GS's Gameday's sale. Time to find out why Japan loves that game so much.

I hope you like grinding BR. QW is more akin to battlefield than Warhawk. Warhawk is much more arcadey and the combat isn't as focused in most big maps. +classes. It really takes a lot of teamwork. The vehicles feel different probably more akin to UT3 "feel" than warhawk.

Think I will probably just hold out until MGS4 and B:BC if that is the case. Unless QW has the phantom split screen competitive online play Ive been looking for (Other than Warhawk)

Ya Battlefield Bad Company. Gotta check out the destructable environments in MP. That should be cool! Was the PS store stealthily updated today or are you just late hone?
