I dont want Watchmen and I don't have time to be a trophy whore. I could see spending $2 on a lousy psn game with easy trophies but Fat Princess is a mediocre game with trophies that take time. Burnout Island was a good example of doing both right. We split $13 5 ways and in about 6 hours I had all trophies and the expansion was amazing. If only more psn games were as good as Shatter.

Braid is fucking awesome. I have it for my 360. Thats another one I would have waited on if I knew it was coming to ps3. The one ps1 classic I wouldn't mind getting is Castlevania Symphony of the Night. I own most good ps1 games on disc.

so far all that we know is that MVC comes out August 13th and i assume we all want that. other than that no other games have anounced dates for releases.

I might end up buying it, but I'll have the goozex points sooner or later(just need to ship off a few games) and I do have quite a backlog atm. so I'm in no rush

Trine could be out before MVC2. They just keep finding more bugs. Everybody should own Burnout and at $20 its a steal.

I'm kinda assuming Trine wanted to get pushed back so it doesn't come out the same time as Fat Princess. Only a hunch though. Snake, I have SotN on my main account if you want a share of it, I don't care either way.

Gunstar Heroes is soooo fucking frustrating. I had to force myself to play that shit. No more Genesis games Sad

TMNT4 Turtles in Time is being released on xbox live on the 5th but their is no word on if its getting released the same week via psn. IGN does have the game listed as August 2009 for PS# though. So maybe we'll get lucky. Also if its releases the price will be $10

Gunstar Heroes isn't bad. Its just difficult like most games used to be. Theres plenty of Genesis games I'd download. Shaq Fu, Zero Wing and Moonwalker to name a few.

I can't get myself to play Contra clones anymore... they were fun when I was small since they were the only thing available, but dodging bullets, huge bosses and painful difficulty isn't enjoyable nowadays.

Turtles in Time is an amazing game, if it has online co-op.

I for one am not a huge fan of the MvC series, anyone share my view or do you all love it?

Ok dropped $20 in today the balance was $67 and change. I wont mind at all if the group votes for anything, hell you guys can vote for that Super Rub A Dub for all I care (well that might be a stretch) I just prefer the newer games is all. The amount we pay for what we get will more than make up for the games I wont like.

On a side note if anyone wants to split the Fallout 3 DLC when it comes out we can do this on the side. I guess its coming in Sep and they are starting with Broken Steel first.

I also like fighters but suck at them. I got suckered into buying Fallout for the 360 because of the supposed "exclusive" DLC. I bought Operation Anchorage and Broken Steel and they were both a disapointment. Had I known it was coming out for ps3 I would have either bought the ps3 version or waited for the game of the year edition coming out in Oct for $50. Point Lookout looks interesting and so does the UFO DLC but nothing comes close to Shivering Isles.

Have you noticed how just about every major fall release has been pushed back to 10? Bioshock, Heavy Rain, Splinter Cell, Red Dead Redemption, Bayonetta, Mass Effect 2, Singularity and Mafia 2 all being delayed. Plus you got FF13 God of War 3 and Alan Wake in the spring. Dead Rising 2 and Lost Planet 2 are also 2010. Throw in Gran Turismo and if all these came out before May it would be nuts.

there will always be stuff to play. doesn't really matter when the titles come out, it's not like this holiday season is gonna suck or anything.

btw, prototype is a piece of shit; I went in aiming to go for the platinum... quit after an hour. After finishing infamous.... I can't bring myself to play this.

Prototype is a piece of shit. Try getting Platinum in Burnout. Its not that hard and the game is awesome. People tell me Fallout is another platinum thats not hard to get.
